Lean Manufacturing Since 1987

Our glass bottle factory in Xuzhou, China is strategically located in a glass bottle region and produces an impressive 102 tons of glass liquid daily. With a 20,000 square meter glass bottle factory equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including automatic bottle-making and infrared detection, our 36 years of experience allow us to maintain stable and consistent quality output of excellent glass bottles.

1: Ingredients Processing

Sand, soda ash, limestone, and cullet are the key raw materials used to make soda lime glass at our factory. To make colorful or heat-resistant borosilicate glass, extra elements such as dyes or chemical compounds may be added. Our meticulous mixing ratios and attention to detail ensure that our glass bottles satisfy the highest quality standards.

2: Melting

In our heating furnace, raw materials are melted at a high temperature of around 1600°C. The organic substance is burned away, and the water content evaporates, leaving molten glass behind. This molten glass is ready for the next stage of the bottle-forming process once it has cooled to the appropriate viscosity.

3: Forming

Glass bottles are made by shaping molten glass. Using an individual section machine, the glass is sliced into equal-sized gobs and placed in shaping molds. The blow forming or press forming procedure is used to obtain the final form.

Blow Forming

The blow forming method involves using compressed air to shape a bottle. The molten gob is blown with air to take the shape of the mold, resulting in a parison. The parison is then reheated, flipped, and blown with more air to achieve the final shape.

Press Forming

The Press and Blow method shapes bottles using a plunger and air. The molten gob is pushed into a mold, creating a parison. This is then blown with air until it takes the proper shape.

4: Annealing

Glass bottles are annealed to reduce internal tensions and guarantee smooth settling. They are slowly warmed and cooled in an Annealing Lehr, a temperature-controlled kiln.

5: Surface Finishing

When the glass bottles are finished, surface treatments are applied to the exterior. They can be used for decoration, labeling, and even abrasion resistance. We have specialized equipment and know-how to execute a variety of treatments.

6: Inspecting

Our rigorous quality control includes inspecting appearance, dimension, capacity, weight and stress tension to ensure that our glass bottles meet the highest standards.
